There are some excellent tools in the profile process and the de briefing to assist me in my role and allow me to be more productive and successful. Julie Davis and Neil Williams have the solution to increasing your workplace’s productivity and getting the results you want! As Julie and Neil analysed my profile, I felt like I was getting to know myself. It was like an epiphany! From being a complete skeptic around the benefit of the tender process in residential sales, I am now a total convert! The Tender and Negotiation workshop delivered by Julie and Neil from Logical Coaching was great – I came to understand how this process delivers the very best sales result – It allows all the benefits of the “no price” auction strategy but removes the stress from the seller. And even more importantly this process totally changes the dynamic of the highest bidder only just topping the under bidders offer – resulting in top price for the seller – brilliant!

It was with absolute pleasure to be shown the Agent Dynamics profiles. Recently we have had our entire REJS team profiled. As a Recruitment Specialist I have done many profiling over the last 10 years plus, however after doing the profile with Agent Dynamics, it was very clear and easy to understand for me and for anyone I am sure, just follow the link and complete the testing and then once the results came back we were given the debrief by Julie Davis. This was GOLD, trust me this is the part that I got the full understanding of each of the team at REJS and of course myself. To be given the debrief in detail and understanding my own profile and why I am like I am is ok and to understand why we are all so very different in the team and how we can communicate to each other to gain a better understanding and management of myself and the team. What we did also discover over the debrief of each of our team was clarification on who we currently have on board and what profiles we may require in the future to continue to build the team around Australia. My profile STAR clearly aligns me to the brand and why I’m at the front all the time in Social Media and Networking circuit. (Stars are the best promoters. They need to lead from the front. Give them the chance to shine and give them the space to deliver results without tying them down.) I can also clearly understand why Richard Taylor my husband and business partner of REJS is a LORD and why we do work so well together with such a brilliant combination. I would highly recommend any office to run the Agent Dynamic profiles to gain an understanding of yourself and your team and how best to manage them. We are recommending Agent Dynamics to our clients once we have placed a new employee to their team and to recommend them to gain an understanding of their team.

I recently completed a personality profile that was instigated and run by Julie and Neil from Agent Dynamics. From the outset everything was very easy and clear to follow and the follow up from both Julie and Neil was excellent. From a practical perspective it gave me insight into not only what my strengths and weaknesses are but also what type of profile that we would need to look for in any new team members that we look to take in board in the future. Another refreshing aspect was that we can use this type of profiling to allow us to be able to talk to our clients about how they can use this as a management tool rather than a toll to help them recruit, this is how the traditional models had been utilised in the past.
