Julie Davis was my assigned Coach for a year as the market was in a downward slide and I decided it would be the best time to focus more on sharpening my tools. The information Julie asked for initially was quite overwhelming however if you don’t provide your coach with the full and honest story, I am unsure on how they would begin to help you. I found Julie to be a strong person who is extremely positive, and one who wouldn’t let me get away with things. She would always push for that a little bit more. She was instrumental in helping me find the right team and thanks to Julie it soon become apparent as to who was necessary and who wasn’t. I recommend coaching to those who really do love the industry; you need to be prepared for answers you may not wish to hear, but if you don’t listen then why be coached? As a Recruitment Specialist I have done many profiling over the last 10 years plus, however after doing the profile with Agent Dynamics, it was very clear and easy to understand for me and for anyone I am sure, just follow the link and complete the testing and then once the results came back we were given the debrief by Julie Davis. This was GOLD, trust me this is the part that I got the full understanding of each of the team at REJS and of course myself.
