They identified that most available Leadership Training was generic to the sales industry and not real estate specific, commenting that it was more about “pump up” than ‘pump out”. They were looking for less dressing and more meat and potatoes. Logical, straight forward and easy to initiate.
They didn’t want to be the CEO of BHP they just want to be a better Leader in their business. They understand that better Leaders have better businesses. It’s as simple as that.
The Agent Dynamics Leadership Workshop is designed for you to identify and establish your own, individual Leadership style. It is interactive, thought provoking and focuses on problem solving and resolution.

It is a combination of Neil’s 20 years military experience and 21 years in real estate management combined with Julie’s experience in management and leadership roles.
