At Agent Dynamics we have a five-step process that mitigates your chances of picking the wrong candidate and saves you time by filtering candidates before they even get to the interview stage.
The Agent Dynamics Team facilitate a teleconference with you to enable us to ascertain your requirements and get crystal clear on the roles and responsibilities required for the position. We can then identify the most suitable profile type for the position and also provide advice and guidance on the profile types that would be unsuitable.
Our team write the advertising copy based on the brief that you have given us and the copy will only have appeal to candidates of the profile type being sought. It will have little if any appeal to those of a profile type identified as being unsuitable for the role. The copy is then forwarded to you for placement via your normal recruiting channels such as Seek, My Career etc.
Once the business owner has completed the interview process with the short-listed candidate we contact the candidate and explain our involvement and the process for completing their Agent Dynamics Profile (ADP). The candidate then goes to your personalized webpage on and completes their assessment. We tabulate the results prior to forwarding the 16 page ADP report to both you and to the candidate.
The candidate is de-briefed on the results of their ADP in a fully recorded Zoom meeting where the Agent Dynamics Team will question and validate the results.
We will forward you a copy of the recording and then consult with you on the candidate’s suitability for the role from a psychometric profiling perspective. We will also advise on the best way to communicate and performance manage the successful candidate. We will highlight any areas that they may find challenging when they start in the position.
